Oh, I LOVE this! The dialogue had me howling on first read, but when you managed to so cleverly use the exact same phrases again I was rendered virtually speechless by dint of excessive giggling :D

It takes quite some skill to manage an effective echo in only 221 words - if I had a hat, it would be off to you, my dear!

It's always nice to find out and be surprised how much Sherlock understands and how much he (more or less on purpose) misunderstands :)
