The iPad? My brother Jesse says that it sounds like the iPod spoken with a New Englander accent (which is scarily accurate) and took less than a day to consider buying one and naming it Max so that it would be his MaxiPad.
It took less than a day after that for me to hear people start calling it an "iTampon".
One radio personality called it that and then pointed out, "They could've called it the iTablet, or the iSlate, but noooo..."
I have to admit, though, "stupid or not", a paper-sized Internet tablet isn't far off of what I wish I had, and if I could afford such things I would probably be first in line. ^.^
