SH: Homecoming
So, we got Silent Hill: Homecoming last week. We're at the spot in the grand hotel where the woman wants us to find things for her.
Smog monsters are the most annoying SH villains ever. The dogs are alright, and I like those upside down clawy spider things.
The characters are...well, they just are. I'm not feeling a great connection with anyone. No one is really memorable to me yet. Though, at least Alex is competent. Also, I like to pretend that Alex's Mom was Mary's sister in law or something. I know there's a age discrepancy. I don't care, I have to justify them sharing the name Shepard. I just have to.
All in all, it improves leaps and bounds over Origins and The Room though. And to all the people who complained it was too much like the movie, get over it. The movie's visuals were beautiful. Especially for the nurses.
...Yep. That's all I have to say about that.
Maybe after SH:H we'll get around to finishing The Room, just for the sake of completion or something.
