Damn--I accepted too many friend requests on Facebook from work and ex-work people, and a big chunk of them are like religious nuts, with endless bullshit posts about having "blessed" days and crap. Today this one girl's post says:
" ______ loves when things go according to God's plan. Life is so much better that way. At least I think so."
Holy fuck--what does that even mean? That is one of the stupidest things I have ever read on many levels. First off, how about you go ahead and post a link to "God's Plan" so we can all have a look. Second, she's a religious fanatic but thinks the all-powerful God with his big plan, still has times when things do NOT go according to plan? So life is not as good when things are not going according to God's plan? Like when? We had a big-ass hurricane about 4 years ago, and life was not so great then, was that God's plan? I just want to hit people who think like that--like they know what "God's plan" is. I mean, fuck, just be honest and post "life is so much better when shit goes my way and not somebody else's".
