New computah!
I have a new computer at work!
And I am the office guinea pig. :P For the new computer that is. We're switching from Windows XP over to Windows 7, so the IT guys have asked me to test run the first system to catch any bugs in the network set up. It's kind of fun in a way. I have an excuse now to just fiddle around with the software and OS to my heart's content. The only thing is that administrator rights are required now even for the smallest things, from an Adobe Flash update to installing shareware. But, as I've discovered, I can run portable software from my personal partition, so all is good! I had just installed GIMP late yesterday, so today I'll try Deepburner to see how well I can back up my work.
The only thing is that I've replaced my old 22" screen with a new 22" screen. No upgrade there for me.
