Sayonara!
Last day of work before heading off to Singapore this evening. Actually, last day of work for a while since it's also the end of my contract. I do look forward to the break though and hope to come back refreshed and re-vigored. I have to admit to being much more excited about my trip than anything else since it has been a while since I travelled overseas.
My last day of work coincides with Melbourne Cup so it means that the day is going to be pretty disrupted as it is. There will be lunch and crazy hats. I bought a nice lemon tart as my contribution to the event. And then listening to the race on the /radio/. Very retro but apparently we do not have a tv antennae connection on our floor. -_-
Off to scavenge for breakfast...
