I think I will start a series of "lazy bones recipes" xD although, I don't think anyone is half as lazy as me when it comes to cooking rofl.
Lazy bones chicken soup
For one person:
1/2 chicken stock cube
as much chicken as you can eat
as much veg as you want
as much mushrooms as you want
noodles or rice
optional: ikan bilis, dried scallops
1. slice the chicken and mushrooms
2. boil about 800ml of water
3. dissolve the chicken cube in the boiled water and bring to the boil (add ikan bilis and dried scallops if you like) (also, if cooking rice, start cooking now)
4. add the sliced chicken
5. add the mushrooms
6. when the mushrooms look cooked, add the noodles
7. add the vegetables
8. when vegetables are cooked, soup is ready to be served
I think I need to expand my "lazy bones" repertoire : p look forward to it! xD
