What does anyone here know about treating lycanthropy?

Does anyone know about meditation and biofeedback and things? Like mind over matter?

Also does anyone here know where I can get some Goo Gone? Because I sort of wrote my name on my guitar and that stuff works pretty good.

I kind of want these pants.

werewolves, oz doesn't know what the fuck, something completely different, you are here, as nature made him, those pants, dingoes ate my baby, willow is research girl, long way from tibet, gainful employment, financial independence, full moon, i have this important inquiry, this situation is confusing and alien, underwhelmed, rooby rooby roo

I am able to treat werewolves from my world. Giving them a potion which allows them to retain their minds during the full moon, while they are under transformation.

But the treatment may very well only work on werewolves from my world, so I would be hesitant to use it on any other cases of lycanthropy in the City.

So you're a witch.

Hesitant?

Yes, actually. Is that a problem?

Hesitant, because it contains a lot of ingredients which are poisonous for werewolves, in my world. Wolfsbane. Certain other herbs, cut with a silver blade. That sort of thing.

No. My ex is a witch. Willow. Red hair, kind of sweet, talks...a lot. In a good way.

Herbs usually good, silver usually bad. Conflict. When would you administer it?

...are you, by any chance, referring to Willow Rosenberg?

The standard treatment is administered starting on the new moon, and must be taken every day up until the transformation. In the City, I've been using a modified version which also includes some ingredients for post-transformation, so that the change back isn't quite as... jarring, to put it in layman's terms.

That would be my Willow in question.

That's unfortunate. I wonder how you would test something like that on someone. Kind of a gambit.

...not exactly yours anymore, though, is she?

She's a friend of mine--the both of us seem to be rather... if I may be so bold, academically-inclined. Willow seems extremely bright, and indeed very kind. My name is Hermione Granger.

I would, honestly, prefer not to test something like that, for fear of the repercussions. But I also acknowledge the fact that it's hard to keep people from making decisions like that for themselves, if they believe the risk is worth it. Personally, I would say it's too risky-- but I am not much of a risk-lover.

A friend? Really? She didn't...mention you.

No, I don't blame you. But I am interested in watching you make it. If you would let me. Especially to see the ingredients in more detail.

Was she supposed to? Even if the both of you were still dating, she's not exactly until obligation to introduce all of her friends to you, is she?

As I told you, I'm a witch. Now, I don't know that much about you or the rest of Willow's friends, but it does seem like all in all, she's felt like her magic is rather unwelcome among them. Can you blame her for not necessarily wanting to introduce a witch to the rest of the group?

Well... I suppose there'd be little harm in that. You just need to be careful about overexposure to the fumes-- I don't know that they would be good for you either, but there are shield charms I can manage to keep that from becoming too much of an issue.

The potion mostly requires attention at night, so.

No obligation. It just would have been nice to meet you earlier. I like meeting people.

And I don't judge other people like that ever. She knows that. You're not obligated to take my word for it.

My nose is sensitive. Is that going to be a really bad thing?

I'm not really into the whole witchcraft thing, by which I mean I don't have any talent. I'm mostly curious about the raw ingredients.

It's not so much that I think any person in particular is judging. But sometimes, perhaps people have a tendency to compartmentalize different areas of their life, and... well. It's just a possible explanation as to why she hasn't introduced me to any of you. We're not the closest of friends, but I am quite fond of her.

What strikes me as strange is that you expressed some level of disbelief. At her not having introduced me. But the both of you aren't dating, and... while I suppose there's the possibility of still being the best of friends, I don't think she's ever mentioned you to me either.

Possibly bad. I don't know how bad, exactly.

Another option is that I bring the raw ingredients over to you.
