Less than a week
Less than a week til I go home. 2 exams down, 3 to go. I rocked my bio exam and bombed my Analysis of US Foreign Policy (I got two hours of sleep before it). I'm just glad that exam is done, no matter how poorly I did. Now I can sell the Taking Sides books that I don't like.
I'm on the last two hours of my first eight hour shift for this weekend. I do the same thing tomorrow night. With Jeremy again. He loaded WoW onto his computer today, but we never got to play because it took so long for the update to load. It still hadn't finished when he got off at 1 am. Oh well.
I finished Terry Pratchett's Hogfather. It's really good, but I figured it would be. I like the way he writes. With this interesting mixture between real world and magic. He has really funny footnotes too.
I need to focus on my three part German exam this weekend. Otherwise I'm going to have a nervous breakdown on Monday night. Even I can't write 1 page each on different movies we watched, a 3-5 page paper on a movie of our choosing, and a longish paper on the portrayal of women in German cinema, all in German of course, in one night. Especially since I haven't actually done any research so far. And then I have an impossible take-home for International Development due on Wed. as well as an exam for Women Presidents/Prime Ministers. I'll be so glad to see the last of that class. But count on someone's sense of humor that that would be my last exam. I have a review session for that on Sunday.
Now to stop pretending that someone is actually going to talk to me.
