(no subject)
I had a beautiful night last night. I met up with Dell and we went downtown to meet Mark and Sara(H?). Mark and Sara are from Austrailia and I have known Mark, at least, for about 8 years. We all, Mark, Sara, Dell and I, met through a mutual group affiliation online. They were in town for a trade show for the store that they own. They has some samples of incense that that were given that smelled heavenly. I told Mark he has to buy some just for me to buy from him!!
We has a quick bit to eat and walked up and down the 16th street mall just looking at the buildings, the horse drawn carriages, the people. I had to stop and pet the horsies! I love horsies! It was a beautiful night and it was like we had all known each other forever, which we have. but the distance was never an issue. It was really great to meet them though... and listtening to their beautiful Austrailian accent was wonderful!
We were teasing them because it seemed like every story they told had a McDonalds in it somehow!! :)
We all piled back into my place and talked until about 2 am. It was great! I am sad that they are only in town for a few days, but they will be back in about a year or so and they are getting married soon. Dell and I are going to make plans to go down there for the Wedding. Any excuse to see Austrailia before I die!! I hope we still have airlines by then ;)
I am so tired today, and my headache is back in full force. I don't think I am going to be making the Gothnic, but I might try... I may just stay home and start working on my pizza store idea... ;)
