So my old broke-ass-wood-panelled-ugly-as-sin TV finally went to that farm where it gets to play with other TV's from the 70's. It was a peaceful death, it went in its sleep. It's been hinting at it for the last month or so. The sound was getting worse and worse to the point that I couldn't really hear it anymore. And then a few days ago i had to push the power button like 4 times before it came on. The next day it was 6, yesterday it was like 15. I knew that once i turned it off it was never coming back on again. And lo and behold, I was right.
But.....
I GOT A NEW ONE!!!
OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My roommate wanted to get a new Tv too so we went to Best Buy, Fry's (SUCKS) and then Circuit City. And I got me a Sony 24" flat screen beautiful stereo surround sound magic picture box. AND! It was the floor model so it had a few smudges on it. Regularly it was like $325 plus tax. I paid $170 after tax!!!! I am so excited! I so dont fucking care about the smudges. It sounds so great cuz its got these big speakers. And its got an equalizer so i can adjust to perfection.
Yay for me.
