*shrug* eventually one stops wondering and just lets things be.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNIE!!!!

Japanese classes yesterday. I still like this semester better for the one class I'm taking part two of. It's much smaller and the atmosphere is more relaxed. There's a lot less 速読 and we'll be concentrating on more in-depth reading, so I think i'll get more out of it.
Maybe i'll even re-learn some of the grammar from last year (and it'll stick this time?)

Business Japanese (which I was late for) will be a lovely easy class which won't tax me in anyway (unless he pulls out something awful for the vocab quizzes), but I will probably still learn in anyway. at the very least interesting 単語. I'm also looking forward to the promised business letter の書き方.

Was late because it took a little bit more time to get to/from/eat at the veggie indian place on M than I thought it would and I'd left a little bit late from work.
The food was happy-making though, so I won't complain. I'll just have to leave on time next time.

first day of baito. Got a check from last year, which is always exciting. And.
The incredible feeling of freedom born of no longer being chained to my work station in order to maintain my sanity. It is:
The joy that is an mp3 player. It's like an audible box of candy.

Sushi with Aliza, Annalisa, and Dijana for dinner. took a long time getting back after, due to sales at the Body Shop (except my lotion, haha) in which Aliza bought Annalisa her Christmas present.
aliza: "I picked it out all by myself"
nikki: "No you didn't! I had to get it down from the shelf for you! you couldn't reach it!
aliza: "I said picked it OUT, not got it."
annalisa: "I like it anyway!"

And then i finished my sakubun, and now i'll do the rest of my japanese homework because syntax was cancelled.
