[recipe] sweet & sour onions

saute onions in some butter and oil for about 5 minutes, then you add a little brown sugar and salt, turn down the heat and let them basically melt for about 10 minutes, then at the very end you add some balsamic vinegar and let that simmer out for just a little bit so the onion mixture thickens, then you put the onions on whatever you want! I think I might just make a batch of this to keep in the fridge so I can put it on anything I want, because it is sooo good.
