For longer than I care to admit, I was sure that this post was in praise of office supplies. AND I WAS TOTALLY WITH YOU! Hockey, pssht whatever. .38 gel pens? Now that is worth an ode or ten.

while i do like pens, and i was going to (eventually) post about my happiness at having a shiny, cushy blue pen (two, actually), even if it is like a .7 ball point or whatever. too big. but. I don't think I'd dedicate an entire LJ post to them, particularly not just like that. I mean. What kind of scenarios were you making where my reaction would be that....idk, strong?

maybe we're not on the right rabid pittsburgh comms.

i want to ask my coworker from pittsburgh (well, slightly north of pittsburgh) if he's a hockey fan, but i'm afraid his answer will influence my opinion of him.

I am always disappointed when people aren't hockey fans. I mean, COME ON! I told the people I was dancing with last night that I was missing a hockey game and they were all excited for a second...because they thought I was a Smith hockey fan ://///////

I know a girl from Pittsburgh who actually dislikes the Pens, but that's a combo of indifference about hockey and the franchise bought "the only synagogue in downtown Pittsburgh" and are demolishing it because they're building a new Igloo. Um, if they bought it...that means the synagogue was selling...

lol i think i'd feel a bit bad about needing to cheer the penis on. i mean, if it needs that much encouragement, the sex probably just isn't worth it.
