tonguetied and overloaded
the office was so desolate today i half expected tumbleweeds made of shredded paper to blow by. with the snow, most of the feds telecommuted, a couple of people were stuck in airports, and several others just couldn't make it in.
it made it much more difficult to get into the bathroom--no one to borrow IDs from.
i was afraid the building was closed getting there, because there were so few people about.
for all that, i was swamped all day. idk where all the work came from because NO ONE WAS THERE.
i learned how to input my travel expenses today though, so w00t i get 54 dollars back this half-month.
did my dishes! and then i made okonomiyaki using the pork stomach i got at Hmart a while back. IT WAS SO GOOD! *pleased* but now i'm really full. it was too big for just me.
