the job had been filled already. of course, for the headhunter, they don't care, since they just want me to pad their database, so they didn't bother mentioning that. On the other hand, if I had known in advance, I would not have braved ice-storms to get here. An interview to fill out headhunter data banks could be accomplished much more easily ( Read more... )

T_T i am not talented.

Technically, though, the interview was just with the employment agency. They kept the interview. The fact that I intially applied for a position that had been filled doesn't matter to them, because their interview is just for their company. They promise to pass me on to employers after screening, the first of which would be the one I applied for, provided it's open. Of course, it wasn't open. And that's what they didn't tell me.
