冬の風
jadedfrenzy!! I got your card today! Apparently, dad got it with the morning mail, and instead of telling me 'nikki, you have mail,' he forgot about it, and stuck it under a pile of coupons. Thankfully, we are housecleaning, so I CAN HAS MAIL FROM JENNIE~~~ WHEE!
Speaking of mail, I also got a very enthusiastic cute little card from wakikaki (ILU!!!) along with your photocard; and nyonyo, your card came for me too! It's really pretty! Did you end up doing the whole thing yourself, or what? At any rate, the snowflakes alone would have driven me crazy to do so all i can say is wow! well, and thank you~~

Firefox is being unhappy with me. :\\\ maybe i need to restart.
We put up the tree today! I doubt setting it on the front porch overnight (it was down around 6 F when dad woke up at 8:30) really helped it acclimate to the warmer indoor temperatures, but. It looks pretty~~ there is a funny blank-ish space (it just starts a little higher than the other side) so i stuck one of the tree branches that had to be cut off it in there to help balance. for now it looks great! though i'm sure it will be dry and brown soon.
It was actually a bit of a trial, but oh well. And while we put it up, I made annie play us christmas songs XD
no decorating until tomorrow when jianjian gets home ♥

The only downside with jehols posting this year is that, not knowing exactly what time they'll go up, I cannot wait to pounce like a lurking tiger.
