Ingredients
2 pounds butternut squash, halved, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups diced onion
2 carrots, peeled and diced
3 (13 3/4-ounce) cans chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup light cream or heavy cream
Sour cream, for garnish

um, are you serious? I was looking at butternut squash recipes earlier today so I could use my leftover squash from the curry I made the other day. What are the chances of you putting up a recipe *__* also, mmm.

Oh, I just put it in my Japanese-style curry like I do with potatoes. Because I like it with squash better than with carrots (: Except this time maybe I cooked the squash too long because a lot of it just turned into...mush and just made the sauce thicker, but it was still delicious (:
