Finally figured out why i never noticed how dark it was in this house before. My old room had a skylight. I got all the sunshine there was, basically all day. My new room faces northwest, and usually by the time it starts getting around to that side of the building it's not very long before it's sinking below the hills.
sillyandmorbid: i know that it's jewelry. he is not very sneaky sometimes. he asked jj what a pendent was. as in "what's that thing that hangs off jewelry." while he was on the phone with me.
Period is no longer missing, though the diploma still is.
Meanwhile, over on MSNBC, Representative Michele Bachmann of Minnesota was launching into the Obama/terrorist spin when she suggested that the news media should investigate “the views of the people in Congress and find out: Are they pro-America or anti-America.” So far, the only person who’s felt the impact of her call to reinvent McCarthyism for a post-Communist planet has been her opponent, a hitherto totally ignored Democrat named Elwyn Tinklenberg, who was stunned to discover in the following days that he had received close to $1 million in donations. when i get hurt, i feel foolish.
so, i worked the concert as well, taking membership sign-ups for the strings association. And what I was afraid of happened. XD ran into one of my high school friends, so now the whole pack will know i'm here and i'll have to start being social. see, the problem with it isn't that i don't want to see them, it's that i didn't want to see anyone the first week or so back, and by then, it's like 'why didn't you call me sooner?' It's just very annoying
