In another life, they probably would have been perfect, probably. In another life, Toma's, you know, acceptable for sweet, pretty Maki-chan, who is a bigger star than he can ever hope to be. In another life, Toma's not playing the role of the best friend, not again, at least. Shun approves of him wholeheartedly, and he could whisk Maki-chan away to Australia somewhere in between the time Yamapi graduates and Shun is busy with the Hana Yori Dango movie and Maki has just won the Academy Award for being the best, sweetest foreign actress ever.
