someone on a recent post at academics_anon. it reminds me why i'm part of the comm, even though they tend to be bitter, angry people with no sense of kindness or the fact that oh em gee, they're not god. the sarcasm is wonderful.

i'd put off updating my adobe acrobat for a long time because it wanted to install some yahoo! toolbar type thing along with, and frankly, i've no interest in that nonsense. this time, they didn't want to. And now i can highlight and copy text from pdfs and it is amazing.
