i don't have the mental capacities for subjects right now :|
some guy at the bus stop kept talking to me in spanish and i don't know why (because he spoke english to the bus driver until he got off). I spent most of the one-sided conversation trying to figure out what he was saying with the remnants of my high school spanish classes and always answered in English, and yet, still with the Spanish. Judging from his accent on the bus, i'd say he was a native english speaker too.
the other day i said 'oxes' and then was aghast with myself.
two days ago i coded a random episode of hanayoridango 2 because it was on my computer. I picked a good episode. Domyouji threw a potted plant through a table.
yesterday it was kamikaze girls. and I'd planned to do more, but then decided that it would really drive me crazy, and didn't. instead i caught up on everyone else and felt like a person again. maybe even a person with social connections instead of just a beige apartment.
today it was sapuri and korekara gokusen.
a;g;jaf;j holy fuck i just realized the 12th is next wednesday and i have not started my take home final yet and it is longer than the midterm and is STILL ENTIRELY SHORT ANSWER QUESTIONS. god. i hate my life sometimes.
on a slightly less crazed note, make sure you mail your international cards/letters by Dec 11 if you want them to arrive by the 25th.
note to self: write your host family their christmas cards in a timely manner, ie, today, and make sure to send them out because otherwise you will be a miserable excuse for a human being. again.
