One drained 28 oz. can of PEELED organic tomatoes will do the trick.
Muir Glen, if possible. Also, since K's not a chunky salsa fan, I usually just throw the garlic, jalapeno, onion, tomatoes, and spices in the blender and pulse a few times - just make sure you remove contents to a bowl and stir-in the olive oil, or else you'll wind up with a gooey salsa emulsion!
