Okay: this is too amusing (for me-in-the-near-future/Ramzy-in-the-near-future) not to document in some way. Earlier we managed to exist in the same vague space as the schoolboy and my immediate reaction managed to be a loud gasp and a point. who's the school boy?
by the way, james i.e. the guy we randomley met last weekend, asked me out on a date last night. and i'm thinking of actually going, can you believe it?

The schoolboy is this guy who's been getting on my bus all year who is absolutely gorgeous but seems to be somewhat younger than me. Ramzy and I first saw him the day before school started on Muller Road and initially dismissed him (although we liked his clothing) but now he's grown his hair . . . olo.

I think you should go! He seems like a lovely guy, and there is nothing wrong with women liking men who are slightly younger! In all seriousness, I'd give it a shot - it's just one date and he seems like a nice person to spend time with.

You'll need to email me your address or something - although it won't be finished any time too soon, it's taking me so long to whittle down the songs I want to put on it!

I don't really know if anyone I know has a discernible type.

Then again, we're all seventeen/eighteen. That's not very surprising, really, olo.

Oh my God, I've just realised, Gay Phil is older than you! How odd. Did I tell you, nobody went to his birthday from our lot apart from Dom and Jayesh, both of whome got off with the girl Gay Phil was trying to pull for some reason? He was very elitist about who got invitations (although somehow I got one) and everyone got cross with him and boycotted the whole thing. This is so unrelated to our conversation, olo.

for a minute there i thought james might actually have been older than me cause he voted in the last election. but it turns out they just made a mistake on the electoral list.

yeh tory cause he cudn't bring himself to vote labour and the lib dem candidate didn't have a chance. altho he voted lib dem in the local elections

All I can say about that is I tried to open my mind and date a Tory but it all went 'that's nice dear', olo. (Although I know your mind is far more open and less politically pernickity than mine!) Also, he seems much better than Mike. And the lucky bastard got to vote!
