So how did it go?
Sorry I didn't update yesterday, was at uni all day and only logged on quickly and something else came up I felt I needed to do.
I did it Tuesday night no lax, I decided to take a sleeping pill in the end, but I did it.
It hurt like hell the next day and I spent all day yesterday feeling really sluggish, kind of slow and uncomfortably bloated, couldn't eat anything yesterday as I felt so bleeehhh, like I was already still full I guess.
Still feeling a little uncomfortable today but i'm sure i'll be bouncing again soon....
Day one down it has to get easier, right?
