ughh I'm so fucking happy right now. the day started off bad (funeral, then the dinner afterwards stuffing pasta and salad and other shit down), came home, tried to purge but nothing came up, so I ran 2.65 miles (more than last time), burned 400 calories and 121 fat calories (ahhhh) I'm thinking you burn one fat calorie per 3 regular calories. I hope I can eventually get up to 3 miles (I ran this faster then the 2.3 last time so it's still progress). sorry to babble, exercise just makes me really happy, haha.
