So, I am planning on cutting my calories back to 400 a day to start, because I have been binging like crazy and have gained 3 pounds in the last couple of days and then plan on cutting those calories in half for 200 a day. Does that sound like it will work?
Also, I am starting a fast tomorrow, just juice and water until monday so I can be skinny when I see my family next friday. My mother also calls me fat and I want to shock her into silence. I am hoping to work out a lot next week too.
What are your favorite low cal foods to eat when restricting?
