Back from ATX
This weekend was actually perty fun. I had a good time hanging out with the girls in Austin!! There was obviously pros and cons to the trip.. Biggest con probably being the game which we were murdered in and our team just fell apart I was a tad upset.. but I had a good time seeing what other schools do .. frankly UT does a lot of stuff I dont approve of and frankly I dont think i could even go there for my masters.. so I shall rethink it.. hopefully I can tough it through..
Examples..
-their tailgating is not tailgating.. no car.. no country music.. no grilling outside.. = no tailgating
-Burnt orange is quite repugnant to look at after awhile..
-EVERY single girl wears skirts and boots and dresses up for games.. I dunno it just bugged me after awhile even though Kristin looked cute!
-Dont know where the campus ends and the hobos began..
-The traffic was outrageous..
-They were khaki wranglers.. i'm sorry no
-Some girl didnt know what Sheplers was.. (and she was wearing cowboy boots UGH)
-The stadium is so very far away..
-They walk to all the parties.. and I mean walk .. no fun especially at night when its chilly..
-The stadium is hard too see the game from.. huge stadiumm lol i guess thats a pro at the same time just complicated
I did enjoy a lot of things also though.. Kerby Lane's queso is soo yummy I may just marry it.. Good yummy restaurants everywhere.. of course 6th st.. Kristin's KD friends were very nice.. Kristin is awesome haha.. Taco Cabana.. the partying factor was quite fun but I mean thats at any university.. HMM who knows
Saturday night was by far the funnest though i cant remember it that much..
