Not a nurse, but I do have some schooling under my belt. Your body's still flushing out a lot of toxins, but it should get back to normal again, soon. When I was in massage school, I went through the same sort of thing...it took quite a while, but evenutally, your body'll get used to the extra hydration and the bad stuff will flush out, so the bathroom won't be the most frequented room of your house anymore.
That said, though, if you do start worrying about it, by all means see a doctor. Plus, those meds you mentioned might have something to do with it, too. You might want to do some reasearch into those and any possible interractions.
Urinary fun-times aside, I'm very happy (read) to hear that you're taking the healthier path!! It's something more of us should do. :)
thanks for the input, that makes sense. Wife is concerned that I've got a prostate thing going on, but it's a .... um, full load every time, and it's nearly clear every time as well. The slightest hint of color, I start drinking more water.
The meds I mentioned weren't for me, though -- they were for the aforementioned wife who cannot tolerate generic Metformin in doses high enough to control her blood sugar. She's now taking Glumexa (or something like that). That's the spendy one.
