the last few paragraphs of my autobiography

I was recently challenged by SoulPancake to write the last paragraph of my autobiography. And then revel in your power to re-write your story whenever you want. I thought some of you might be interested -- is anyone still following me? :)

Anyway, it turned out to actually be the last several paragraphs. But hey, they're short.

------------------------

I said goodbye to my loved ones. My mouth became dry several times; there were a lot of them. Abruptly the room was silent aside from the uncomfortable shuffling of feet, This was, after all, an Event, an event that not everyone present was prepared to witness.

"I love you all. Each and every one of you," I croaked, tears welling in my eyes. "There's one thing I want you to remember. Listen close."

Ariann my daughter, my grandchildren, and everyone else in the room stepped closer. "Death ... is only the beginning. Of a great and grand adventure ... called LIFE."

And with that, I joined the beauty of the One-ness, the comfort of the All.
