1. Leave me a casual comment of no particular significance, like a lyric to your current favorite song, or your favorite kind of sandwich, maybe your favorite game. Any remark, meaningless or not.
2. I will respond by asking you five personal questions so I can get to know you better.
3. Update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. Include this explanation and offer to ask someone else in your own post.
5. When others respond with a desultory comment, you will ask them five questions.

What’s the story behind your favorite color?
Red -- what's to tell, really? I have always loved the color, especially in darker shades. I can hardly remember a time when it wasn't. There was a time when I tried to avoid it, but later I learned the wisdom of not doing so.
What’s your favorite breakfast cereal?
When I choose to eat such things, which these days is not often, I rather fancy Frosted MiniWheats.
That cool thing on your living room shelf, what is it?
I have so many things on my living room shelves, it would be impossible to list them all. I can provide pictures, though! I have thousands of books, owl figurines, fairies, glass statues from my grandmother, a cool round ceramic box given to me by my parents ... lots of things.
What, besides name and birth/death dates, would you like engraved on your grave (or urn) marker?
I don't really want a grave or an urn, so I haven't thought about it much. I want to have my ashes scattered in the waves or buried beneath a large and old tree. Haven't decided.
Which JMJ [Jean Michel Jarre] album is your favorite (and are you ever tempted to write words for it)?
I like all of his albums for different reasons. They each evoke something different in me. I will always have a soft spot for Equinoxe, which was my first JMJ album, and Oxygene, which was my second.
