Have you ever seen/smelled/tasted actual kimchi? [shudder] I refuse to go near anything even remotely associated with kimchi.

Sounds like you had a wonderful vacation. I'm looking forward to more posts like this one. :)

no, I can't say I've had the pleasure. I know what it is, though, and how it's made, and I can't say that I'm terribly interested.

Well, maybe there was some at a buffet, once ...

anyway, maybe one of these days the opportunity will present itself. Until then, I'm not going to search it out.
