Have been running every Sunday night for the last few weeks now, and getting better bit by bit. All the stress of the week just melts away and I feel fantastic! It is amazing because I have been sitting at my desk pretty much all day wondering why I can't concentrate or study. The reason: I needed to get out and exercise. It's easier said than done. But I'm going to try from now on and go for a 25-30 minute run if I have time. It is necessary, and I have also entered into the Nagoya city Marathon 4km race on the 23rd November. So I need to train.
I'm hoping to get fit over the next month or two. I am also planning a return to Australia. It will be next year probably. However if things get any worse Ill make it earlier. The plan looks as though it'll take a while to get things sorted out. But to be honest it will be sooner rather than later. Well to all who read my blog, sorry for not posting for such a while. Laterz.
