I'm definately considering going Vegan, raw vegan, maybe. What do people think? I don't need people going "you couldn't" or "you'd never make it" because thats not what I asked for/need. Just curious of people's opinions. Not that it really matters... Hrmm... *thinks*

the first few weeks, you might lack energy due to your body readjusting, which is why (like kat said) you need to take multi-vitamins. i don't know about the whole soy/tofu rotting your brain thing, but they're a great source of protein.
another thing is money. unless you plan on going raw, being vegan can get expensive (ie: artifical meat, milk, etc) and even more so if you intend on buying animal safe shoes/clothing, shampoo, body products.. there is a lot more involved than just food.
also, make sure you are doing this for the right reasons.

I'm planning on eating only vegetables and fruit, not tofu or soy. While taking supplements to make up protein (among other) deficiencies. This isn't about animal rights and whatnot, this is about my health. So I'm still into my non-vegan deoderant and shampoo and whatever. I plan on beginning the process at the beginning of Feb. Wish me luck!
