I forgot to keep a log the past three workouts. Oops.
Today:
1 mile jog on elliptical (16 minutes)
.6 Mile Segment run on the conditioning machine (7 minutes)
2x12 Chin up Machine (50 lbs)
2x12 Pushup machine (50 lbs)
1x15 Pec machine (20 lbs)
2x12 Shoulder/Pec (30 lbs)
2x12 Front and back shoulder (20 lbs)
1x15 Hip abduction (55 lbs)
1x20 Hip adduction (55 lbs)
4x15 Crunch machine (57 lbs)
1x20 Upper ab machine (70 lbs)Now if only I would force myself to sleep better...
Dr appointment today. I'm praying really hard that he won't restrict my activities anymore. I've almost reached my 'ok' weight. Sometimes it really sucks being thin...
