Killer Leg Workout.....

I thought I'd re-visit a program that I used to do a couple of years ago as it was a total leg and glute destroyer.  As I've been working out at home for almost a year and obviously don't have a leg extension machine and hamstring curl, I did the following:

Squats x 6 sets, Front Squats x 4 sets, Walking Lunge w/ Dumbbell x 30 steps x 4 sets, Stiff-Legged Deadlift x 5 sets....

I did start off on the treadmill as a warm up with the highest incline at a steady pace for ten minutes to get the blood flowing......

Finished with some ab exercises:  Rollouts x 3, Crunches x 3, Woodchopper x 8 sets (20 sec. each 10 sec. break) and Step Ups x 8 sets (20 sec. each 10 sec. break).

Liberally destroyed it this morning and best workout in over two weeks.  Then again, I was totally hyper from my morning coffee plus pre-workout drink!

Focusing on the positives instead of negatives especially during these times is the way to go......
