hehe yeah it was! especially when he turned all gooey and gross >_< hehe so what was your overall thoughts of the movie? i thought it was pretty good, it got pretty long tho, and i saw mine bootleged so there was all these japanese people's shadows moving in front of the screen when they went to go to the bathroom...on a really serious part someone got up and started sneezing then she fell, which i thought was just hilarious! but it ruined the moment ^_^;;
LMAO! Wow, that is pretty funny... and I can imagine the moment being a bit ruined... hehe... So did your copy have subtitles?? Hmm... I would love to see it in the original Japanse, though I have to admit that the English voice actors weren't so bad for this. I really didn't mind them, to be honest...
But overall? I liked it, but I thought the end was kind of overly-simplistic? I liked the darkness of Howl's character in the beginning (like with that whole melting part) but then I felt like by the end that was all gone, and it was just a sort of sappily sweet love story. Which is fine... But I just liked some of the angst early on, you know? And aside from that, I thought the animation was beautiful, and that just the visual world was amazing. Hmm.... I think I would like it better in Japanese. :) What did you think?
