a wonderful and interesting portrayal of both characters: there's nezumi, with his doubts and his struggle against himself and shion, and then there's shion, through nezumi's eyes, both childilike and almost scary in his lack of inhibitions. the situation, the balance between (the wish for) closeness and distance suit the characters and the atmosphere of the original series. and last but not least, i really liked how the sexual tension in this story became another way for nezumi and shion to talk to each other and the readers, as opposed to pure fanservice.

Shion is doing this for him. For both of them, maybe.

Someone mentioned a while back that the kiss in Episode 7 was less a kiss for Shion's sake and more a goodbye gift to Nezumi, and this line really reminded me of that ;___; SO SAD, YET SO BEAUTIFUL.

I really liked this *____* I always love your stuff, but you make these small moments explode into these big affairs, and I really like that! I like the strange, weird tension that comes when they talk about Eve, and how Shion can't help but be so curious about that side of Nezumi and why he chooses to do it.

Also of course the kissing was magnificent 8D More please!!

Mmm, yeah, I definitely agree about the kiss in episode 7 being for Nezumi. I don't know if Shion even realizes it? But it's definitely more for Nezumi than it is for him. And I really like that idea. *_* ...And totally didn't even think of that while I was writing this? But I love that there's a connection. 8D
