The porridge part absolutely gutted me. The whole play gutted me, obviously, but that one miniscule, throwaway line was just an absolute dagger. =(

But of course, beautiful writing as always!

Yes! That line just...hurt, so much. ;__; I can't remember if I'd started sobbing before that or not, but it just really, really got under my skin. T__T
