Everyone should own a loincloth...
We went to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Japantown today~ :D
And actually, we went last week too, but it was so windy then that we didn't stay very long. Just long enough to eat some street food without getting blown away, really. :P
Today was the Grand Parade though, and... It was pretty grand, I have to say? :D I'm not usually much of a parade person, but this was pretty entertaining. There were Taiko drummers, traditional dancing, cosplayers, and plenty of boy scout troops made up of adorable little Japanese kids. ;) And Hello Kitty was the Co-Grand Marshall. *grins* Pretty much awesome all around. Oh! And there were real live senators who gave out candy! Not something you see every day, lol.

These dolls sort of scared me. They remind me of the parade scene in Millennium Actress. ;)
