Moving recs?

Does anyone have any recommendations for moving companies?
We're trying to find someone who will load our stuff on a truck, drive it out to SF, and then unload it for us, basically. In the past, I've always done U-Haul, since we've had smaller distance moves, but this time it really makes more sense to hire actual movers. There are SO many options though, and we're kind of clueless. @_@
