NU107 ROCK AWARDS 2006 -- The 13TH. FRIDAY.

Gates open at 6PM • Show starts promptly at 9PM

...At dahil sa mabait kong kaibigan makakapanood nanaman ako. Salamat uli mare. :D
I'm crossing my fingers I get to watch the whole show instead of just the tail end of it like last year.
And now, an open message to the organizers/producers:
I'm hoping that this time around you'd given Francis Brew more freedom to write the script.
More importantly, I hope you've learned that putting sexy stars as hosts/announcers does not necessarily equate with good entertainment. Please go take a look at your audience demographics and put two and two together.
Kamusta naman. Your audience (who I presume will be the ones going to the awards show) - at least half of which are women (and men who don't think with their penises) - LISTEN to your station gedemmit. We patronize your station without the benefit of sexy visuals. We won’t walk out or start storming the stage while throwing bottles and inflated condoms (which regularly happen whenever Kamikazee plays) if women in skimpy clothing DON’T make an appearance during the awards show.
We'll be there to support and celebrate Pinoy rock music.
...not to have women objectified so hosts can repeatedly say variations of lame stuff like “Woah, it’s getting hot in here.”
Yun lang. Aytenkyubow.
In the meantime, I’m (hoping for/) looking forward to a damn good rock show.
