Mod's choice (by sith_romantic): I think both icons are very unique.
First is the most true SW icon I've ever seen. Would be great to have more of such works that aren't just coloured/cropped images, but express author's views on the story. Moreover this icon is perfectly clear and has a beautiful colouring and composition.
As for the second work, I've NEVER even SEEN this screencap! This only fact already makes an icon stand out for me. Also the text fits perfectly with the chosen shot that results in the very deep and emotionally intense icon.
