Moving on
It should be apparent that I haven't posted on LJ in several months. I'm in the process of minimizing my internet commitments; along those lines, I think I'm going to stop blogging for a while. I'm also removing some friends on Facebook and Twitter as I pare down the social utilities I check on a regular basis. Sorry for my absence and/or if I've recently unfriended you - obviously I haven't been much fun around here lately anyway, so you're not missing much. Real life is taking a lot of my time and the internet seems a poor substitute for face-to-face interactions, snail mail communication, and fun stuff like homework, travel, crème brûlée, and brisk walks in the rain. Rest assured that I'm still reading my friends list for now, and if you want to keep in touch just let me know.
