I lost my damn mind again. What else is new. For breakfast, I had an egg white spinach omelette (I didn't finish it, but almost), some broccoli, and half a piece of toast w/butter (150 cals total?). Took a long nap. For lunch, I had a salad, two teaspoons of corn, two teaspoons of sweet pototato stuff (pie?), two small stuffed mushrooms, two slices of roast beef, a slice of turkey, and a couple of cubes of cheese (300 cals?). Oh, and almost a whole glass of wine (120 cals?) It really wasn't that much food, but it sounds like a lot. Then, I went RUNNING on cross-country trails for 50 minutes!!!! Yayyyy!!!

Then, for some reason, I lost my mind. I had a can of peas (210 cals), a few pieces of raw veggies, 1/2 a hard-boiled egg, 2 slices of roast beef, 2 slices of turkey, 4 cubes of cheese, and a whole BOWL of stuffing and sweet potato pie (400 cals?).

1180 total calories. Ugh. Tomorrow, I'll be running around all day then driving back to school, so I won't really have to eat. Minus 500 or so for the running, makes it net under 700, but still...

Now, here is the kicker. Since midnight, I had like 6 or 7 of those stupid Snickers bite-size pieces! (Tiny "bite" size, not the "fun" size.) Anyway, wtf? I haven't had Snickers in years. So... yeah, I'm a loser and my new week is already off to a roughly 300 cal bad start. That's alright though, Monday barely eating, when I get back to school at night I will hit the gym right away, and then Tuesday, the big weigh in... come on, 126...
