Had tuna w/a little bit of ricotta cheese for breakfast. Also, glass of carrot juice. Total 340 cals at this point. Then walked 5 miles, then had a dinner I had to go to. At the dinner I was a nasty pig. Ate a piece of garlic bread, had half a glass of wine, 5 pieces of calamari and a salmon/asparagus dish. AND a cheese plate as dessert. EWWW. After, I went to the gym, did 40 mins on elliptical and walked 10 more. Burned 470 cals there. That was all I could do b/c I'm such an out of shape fatass. Weighed 130 this morning. And that's after undoing some of the damage from my last trip. What is wrong w/me? Oh, and then I just spent the last hour pigging out. I had two bowls of spinach w/cottage cheese and a little bit of pasta sauce. Obviously, I'm not eating tomorrow. And thank goodness I won't have to, no events or dinners to go to.
