No, it's neither on the new DVD set nor on any other DVD. This seems to be a "very unofficial" copy of a clip Weta has made.
I wish there was more.. :)

I surfed the net and found out that this clip was shown on a New Zealand tv show called "Holmes" back in 2002 or 2003. And pineapple_sky is checking the Limited Edition DVDs to be sure.. We're a curious bunch of people.. *lol*

You're not the only one .. mata090680 has also seen it before, but a very crappy version. I think, if it really was available on one of the DVDs, much better copies would have flooded the internet already. ;)
