I am sorry about Richard, but happy about Jan. I am very, very sorry about the loss of your friend.

I don't know if that is a real person or not. I hope not, because it would seems that she is in a terribly compromised state of health. However, it is is.... well, at least she appears to be happy.

I'm thinking that she is probably from a movie.
