I really appreciate your understanding, Brian. And the hugs :-)

Unfortunately, it's not just coming up. Her foulness (his is another subject) continues to touch my life because her participation contributed to radical changes in a relationship & major heart/time investment that continue to unfold.

Foul-er still, her pathetic attempt to attack me in writing added to the trauma of just how sick, unfeeling, pathetic, grotesquely self-serving and mean people can be. Once experienced, that doesn't just wipe away. That which is seen cannot be unseen.

Life with a heart & a conscience is so much more than the selfish legalism that is so common.

The Skank may not have known when it happened & didn't for a week because ... lies & omission for manipulation sake on his part. But once I took the emotional risk of making sure she wasn't lied to and led on (on a number of very painful fronts) she should have stuck by her professed ethics *gag meet eyeroll* and backed out.

Once a decent person finds out they've been a part of that kind of dishonesty and havoc in a 5 year rship, they back off & let the people, particularly the betrayed, sort through things undisrupted.

A decent person (or an emotionally mature one) certainly does not write some sadistic, public, fake apology to BAIT (she admitted to that) the person who is hurting from that kind of heartbreak pain. It's Pure Skank.

Filthy Skank.

I might have had some measure of empathy for it (the meeting, not the betrayal nor the way it was handled) if it had been Real Love with a Future. But it wasn't. It was just to hang out and get off a few times. To put a woman's heart and serious life experience through that kind of pain, for nothing but shallow, selfish, temporary pleasure? It's deeply gross in my opinion. It personifies the ugly of narcissism and desperation of her vanity.
