What it is, with BITCHEZ...
Dog walk today was NOT uneventful... Frida got a bellyful of a pesty border collie, and decided he needed eatin'. Whereupon a philosophical discussion ensued between me and she.
"LEAVE it!" I said.
"LET ME DO WHAT I DO!" said my Frida-bitch. For that IS what she IS.
Now, that's hard to argue. She was listening to her true self; her ancestral memory was a 6 on the volume control.
I was clearly directing her to go against everything she feels to be true. I was asking her to set aside all that she was created to DO.
And she did. For me, she did this. Out of respect for me.
Every day, I love my dogs more. I learn from them. I respect them.
Even the bitch.
